Health Guarantee
PRESIDENTIAL
*PRESIDENTIAL LABRADORS GUARANTEE*
Comes, Melinda Dawn Chelf, individually, states that she is the sole owner of Presidential Labradors, located at 5861 North L & N Turnpike, Hodgenville, Kentucky 42748, and states that the puppy purchased on ______day of _____, 2010 comes with a health guarantee. This guarantee is as follows:
1. A Presidential Labrador is guaranteed to be a purebred Labrador Retriever, registered with the American Kennel Club(AKC).
2. A Presidential Labrador was given their first set of shots (at 6 weeks and 8 weeks)and will require a follow booster shot in two weeks.
3. A Presidential Labrador puppy is guaranteed that he/she will have good health for 72 hours from _____day of ____, 2010__, or to the date of your first visit to a licensed veterinarian, whichever comes first. This verification of health must be done by a licensed veterinarian at buyers expense, including lab tests of stool sample. Any dog returned must have a letter from buyers veterinarian specifying the problem and that it has been deemed that this problem was present prior to removal from sellers premises.
4. I, Melinda Dawn Chelf, guarantees the puppy to be free of any genetic defect up to 2.5 years of age with no Breeding to occur in the first 12 months as this will void our guarantee. If a health defect is determined to be a genetic/hereditary, Presidential Labradors will replace the dog with a puppy of the same quality from the next available litter.
These warranties are dependent upon demonstration of the following:
A. If any puppy is bred prior to 1 year of age, he/she is not guaranteed for any genetic/hereditary defect.
B. Spaying/neutering: The Presidential Labrador puppy you received, cannot be spayed/neutered before he/she is 6 months of age, otherwise all warranty will be voided.
C. Puppy must receive adequate care and nutrition.
D. Puppy must receive routine veterinary examination and vaccinations every six months until the age of 24 months and annually thereafter.
