PRE-LITTER RESERVATIONS:
We have two different types of deposits. Our $50.00 non-refundable pre-litter reservation fee is the first step. We require this fee as your guaranteed picking spot. The reservations available on our Pre-Litter list will be listed in the litter box below the two adults being bred.
After the litter arrives we require a 2nd deposit of $250.00 which is also non-refundable with your balance due at time of pick up or you can make payment arrangements with me.

"What Next?" Here are some important things to know:
After the puppies are born, each puppy will have a colored collar placed on them from birth until you receive your puppy. They will be known by that collar only. You will receive pictures and updates about the puppy you have chosen. Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks or earlier if arrangements have been made. Non-reserved pups will be pictured on the available puppy page under their litter number. We do not always fill our reservation list or we have more puppies than expected in a litter and those puppies will be pictured there for purchase.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Not all breedings will produce a litter. We try very hard to guarantee you a puppy but that does not always happen. When we have a phantom pregnancy or failed to breed on the exact day for optimal conception we will transfer your reservation. The options to transfer are as follows:
A. next litter with color/options
B. wait until the next breeding of the same pair
C. urgent puppy needed: I will find a replacement at another breeder.
The low $50.00 reservation is low for this reason. We do not require a high fee so that you have flexibility. We want you to be able to go to another breeder if we cannot supply the puppy of your choice.
PICK OF THE LITTER: We, being Presidential Labradors reserve the right to retain any puppy from a breeding. This is not our normal procedure, however we retain the right to override any pick of the litter reservation. Presidential Labradors would only use this override POL to be kept for our breeding/showing stock.

**POLICY CHANGES
Recent changes: 6/1/2010 - Presidential Labs will be selling all puppies with LIMITED REGISTRATION, under certain conditions will we approve FULL REGISTRATION. Please feel free to inquire about Full AKC, if you are a breeder or wanting to show your Lab. Any stud fees owed on Prez Teddy prior to our change will have the ability to have their puppies fully approved.
Next change, on how we handle pre-litter reservations. As of 3/25/10 we will no longer have refundable reservations. Anyone that paid their $50.00 fee before 3/25/10 will receive their refund if Prez Labs fails to have the puppy you reserved. If you placed a reservation after 3/25/10 and Prez Labs fails to have the puppy you requested the following will apply:
1. Your reservation can be transferred to the next litter waiting list that has the color you are requesting.
2. You will have the option to change your color choice and/or sex if that option is available.
3. If you decide you no longer want or cannot have a puppy you will forfeit the reservation fee and picking order.
I apologize that I had to make this change, however it is in the best interest of our other clients. We strive to provide excellent homes to all of our puppies. We hope that you understand.
